Amol Bhangoo is a paralegal at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com). He joined the firm in 2022 after obtaining his P1 paralegal license from the Law Society of Ontario in 2021. Amol brings a global legal perspective to his work, holding an LLB from Punjabi University and a Bachelor of Arts from Punjab University. He is also a National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) candidate (since October 2024) and is working toward qualification as a Canadian lawyer.
Amol’s role involves direct client engagement and procedural advocacy. He regularly interfaces with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on tax audits, objections, and collections matters, coordinates with external accountants, and assists with the practical execution of tax dispute strategies. Beyond tax-related files, Amol has hands-on experience with Small Claims Court procedures, Landlord and Tenant Board matters, and post-judgment enforcement techniques – such as writs and debtor examinations.
A dedicated autodidact, Amol continues to deepen his understanding of complex subject areas, including bankruptcy and consumer proposal processes, often translating niche knowledge into practical advantages for client matters.
