Osinachi Obi-Njoku joined Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com) as an Articling Student in 2025, bringing a strong foundation in litigation and legal research. Prior to articling, he practiced law for four years with one of Africa’s leading full-service litigation firms, experience that now informs his developing interest in tax disputes and advocacy.
Osinachi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria. During his graduate studies, he served as a Court Representative at the A. Grenville & William Davis Courthouse in Brampton – Canada’s busiest courthouse – gaining practical exposure to Canadian court procedures and litigation dynamics across multiple legal contexts.
Drawn to Taxpage for its boutique structure and hands-on training, Osinachi values the opportunity to contribute to substantive research and directly support client-focused legal work. His goal during articling is to achieve confidence in independent tax problem-solving and client consultation.
Outside of the office, Osinachi enjoys history, politics, travel, and competitive gaming – particularly the EA Sports FC series.
