Gerald Blerot has been convicted of tax evasion and is to serve 43 months of jail time along with a hefty fine of $58,000. Gerald who worked for the discredited Paradigm Education Group tax evasion organization has lost his appeal which was based on the theory of natural vs legal person.
The CRA has outlined its amnesty for all the Canadian detaxers, who can avoid imprisonment along with a heavy fine by simply resorting to Voluntary Disclosure before being investigated by the CRA.
