Canada Revenue Agency (the Canadian income tax department) employees and collections officers do not have the right to enter taxpayer premises, home or business, without a search warrant. If they do show up a Canadian taxpayer does not have to admit them or speak to them. If a CRA collections officer comes to your premises immediately contact one of our top Canadian income tax lawyers for tax help. If the CRA officers refuse to leave the police can be called to remove them.
