Barbara Jobber

Barbara Jobber is an Administrative Assistant at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com). She joined the firm in November 2024 and supports both clients and the legal team through organized, detail-focused administrative coordination. Barbara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she specialized in long-form narrative writing – training that informs her clear communication and client-centered approach.

 

Known for her calm and organized manner, Barbara manages client communication, schedules meetings, organizes case files, and provides intake and operational support. She excels at anticipating needs, prioritizing competing tasks, and adapting to clients with varying levels of familiarity with legal processes. Whether she is building checklists, offering step-by-step explanations, or simplifying instructions, her goal is consistent: to ensure clients feel supported, understood, and at ease.

 

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys reading literary journalism, long nature walks, and spending time with family.

 

Fun Fact: She once lived on a pineapple farm commune in Maui – a unique chapter that reflects her adventurous spirit.
