Jason Dos Anjos is the Corporate Law Clerk and Paralegal at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com), operating at the intersection of corporate law administration and client intake – responding to inquiries from potential clients. Jason joined the firm in 2018 as Head Paralegal and assistant Corporate Law Clerk and has since evolved into his current role, managing the operational core of the firm’s corporate department.
Jason’s work includes coordinating annual corporate maintenance, managing corporate filings and revivals, maintaining minute books and document preparation. He is known for his precision, organizational strength, and ability to guide clients through unfamiliar processes by breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable steps.
Jason earned a Double Major in History and Classics with a Minor in English from Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with Honours from Humber College’s Paralegal program. His research and writing background enhances his work with detailed filings and procedural summaries.
Outside of the office, Jason is an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction – a passion that reflects the same analytical curiosity he brings to his files.
