Jiulu (Jessica) Gan is a summer student at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com) and also a Juris Doctor candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School, with a specialty in tax law, including the Canadian Income Tax Act, GST/HST, and tax treaties.
During her 1L, she served as a research assistant to two leading Canadian tax law professors, Jinyan Li and Ivan Ozai. She also acted as the event coordinator for the A. Cockfield Memorial Symposium, an international tax conference themed “Tax Sovereignty in a Digital and Divided World.”
Jessica possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She strives to combine legal knowledge and business insight to contribute meaningful results within collaborative professional environments.
Outside of law, she likes attending live shows and accompanying her son to sports events. And is particularly known for her Sichuan cuisine.
