Osinachi Obi-Njoku is an associate at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage.com). He first joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and returned as an associate in 2026.
Osinachi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria. He began his legal career with one of Africa’s leading full-service litigation firms, where he developed a strong interest in advocacy and tax disputes. During his graduate studies in Canada, he served as a court representative at the A. Grenville & William Davis Courthouse in Brampton, gaining exposure to Canadian court procedures and litigation dynamics.
As an associate, Osinachi assists across the firm’s tax practice, including CRA matters and legal research, with a particular focus on tax litigation, where he applies legal theory in a practical setting.
Outside of work, Osinachi enjoys history, politics, travel, and competitive gaming, particularly the EA Sports FC series.
